BBC Entertainment has commissioned a second series of Love in the Countryside for BBC Two, with Sara Cox returning to her spiritual home on the farm to play matchmaker once again to of a group of men and women struggling to find a partner to share their rural lives.
Eating with My Ex, the BAFTA nominated BBC Three show which reunites former couples over dinner to pick over the bones of their failed relationships, is making the leap from a short-form series to a 10 episode long-form series. The show will be a co-production between FremantleMedia UK labels, Shotglass and Thames.
Earlier this year, BBC Three commissioned Talkback to produce three pilots fronted by comedian Luke McQueen in a bid to nurture him as a future face of the channel. However, the pilots did not go to plan and Luke has been protesting the decision to broadcast them ever since.
Eleven big names and one big game, this could be the biggest comeback ever.
