The hugely popular Blankety Blank, has been renewed for a third series for BBC One. The legendary gameshow which sees celebrities helping contestants to fill in the missing blanks, will return to Saturday nights, following two incredible series fronted by the hilarious Bradley Walsh.

Produced by Thames, a Fremantle label, Blankety Blank (10 x 35’) will once again be hosted by the incomparable Bradley Walsh, who will guide a panel of celebrities and contestants over multiple rounds, as they compete to win a range of…unique prizes. The show has previously welcomed big star names including Dame Joanna Lumley, Tess Daly, David Haye, Adil Ray, Alison Hammond, Jimmy Carr, Richard E Grant, Emilia Fox and Amir Khan. The previous series regularly exceeded the primetime slot average, with viewer numbers reaching as high as 4.8m people.

Whilst viewers can prepare to meet some new celebrity faces, they can also look forward to once more hearing the signature theme tune, seeing the iconic Blankety cheque book and pen, and as always expect a lot of laughs for the whole family.
