These Terms and Conditions apply to the My Mark’s Faves poll in the Britain’s Got Talent mobile application (the “My Mark’s Faves Poll”). Users of the Britain’s Got Talent app are invited to have their say as to which of the Marks & Spencer dishes selected by the Britain’s Got Talent judges and hosts in the Marks & Spencer’s commercials (each a “M&S Dish”) should be crowned the My Mark’s Fave.
Method and cost:
Users of the official Britain’s Got Talent app (the “app”) in the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may select which M&S Dish they think should be crowned the My Mark’s Fave by the mobile in-app method as set out below. No other method is available.
If there are technical or other issues with the My Mark’s Faves Poll, the Promoters reserve the right to suspend, reset or cancel the My Mark’s Faves Poll. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the outcome of the My Mark’s Faves Poll, or the operation of any part of the interactive service, network or system, the decision of the Promoters shall be final.
The My Mark’s Faves Poll will open on Sunday 30th August 2020 as announced on the Britain’s Got Talent mobile application and close at 12.00pm (midday) on Thursday 8th October 2020.
Submissions made outside the times when the poll is open will not be counted.
The result of the My Mark’s Faves Poll will be established from all eligible poll entries received by the Promoters between the opening date/time and the closing date/time. The M&S Dish with the most “it’s a yes” swipes will be the winner.
The outcome of the My Mark’s Faves Poll will be revealed on the Britain’s Got Talent mobile application on 10th October 2020.The winning M&S Dish will also subsequently be shown in the app.
In the event of a tie at any stage of the poll, the Promoters reserve the right at their sole discretion to determine which M&S Dish shall be selected as the winner.
The Promoters, their sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any network or line, system, server, provider, software or otherwise which may result in any submission being lost or not properly received, registered or recorded.
The Promoters cannot promise that the app will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. The system and/or service may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters. The Promoters will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the system and/or service is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
These terms and conditions may be amended or varied at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the app.
